Looking to have some fun in the water? Well, come join us for a fun day of surfing!

Whether new to the sport or have some experience, this group surf class is the perfect way to sharpen your skills on the water. With a student to instructor ratio of 5:1, you are sure to receive the attention and instruction that will bring your surfing to the next level.

Year round; Select Saturdays only

Essential Information:
Must be at least 5 years of age and have basic swimming skills.

Duration:
3 hours

Maximum Participants:
Up tp 15 people per clinic with a student:instructor ratio of 5:1.

Spectators:
Allowed

Weather Dependent:
This experience is weather dependent. Always contact the Experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions.

What to Wear:
Wear a swimming suit and bring a towel, change of clothes and sun block.

Booking Information:
For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings 10 days in advance.

Cancellation Policy:
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rebooking are allowed up to 14 days prior to the Experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and rebook at least 14 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your Experience.

  1. What should I do if I wear contacts?
    Many surfers wear contacts.  We recommend that you either wear a pair of disposables or a pair that you can live without in case you lose one.
  2. What should I do to get ready?
    Exercises we find helpful include: swimming laps, crunches, and push ups.
  3. Do I need to know how to swim?
    Yes, basic swimming skills are required
  4. How early should I show up for my class?
    Traffic can be unpredictable, so please plan ahead accordingly.  We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early.
  5. What is the best time of the year to learn?
    Anytime of the year is good.  Lessons are held year round.
  6. What type of safety precautions do the instructors take?
    All of the surf instructors are CPR certified, and trained in first aid.
