"All in all a great trip made excellent by the pilot,Jose Rafols. He covered all the sites we wanted to see. There should be a weekend contact for information if something comes up that needs to be resolved in real time. We showed up at a locked venue at about 11:30am for the 12:00 flight, but didn't see the pilot until 12:15. We called the phone numbers given at 12:00 to see if there was a flight plan problem, but all went to voicemail, both Cloud 9 Living and flight school. That was not needed and added stress for the group. Also, included in the package cost was a tip for the pilot (so it was indicated), but he didn't know that when I told him at the end of our flight. Normally I always give a tip for services performed, and felt bad that I couldn't do it for the pilot, and it seemed that he may not get it from the package cost. Maybe that's the ongoing working agreement but customers should be told that up front. Thank you for the feedback with questions."
"The company owner was great and greeted us warmly and genuinely. He explained our options to us and offered us a longer experience, but didn't pressure us for the higher cost. Our pilot was great, and explained what to look for and positioned us for pictures, and even gave us a surprise by showing us a bear living right near the airport."
