"Got there, checked in, and I was ready to go. When my turn came, I was given instructions on how to sit in the car, was strapped in, and off we went. We came back and I was assisted out of the car. In all that time, there was no communication either with the people assisting me in/out of the car or with the driver. My helmet had audio (I assume as there was a jack protruding from it), but was not plugged in to listen to/hear anything. Who was my driver? I don't know. How fast did we go? I don't know. A little more communication would go a long way to make the experience better. Oh, by the way, I felt cheated when the car returned to the pit. I expected three full laps on the track."
