    Duration
    This experience covers two days, each lesson lasting approximately half a day. Experience includes two flights, with up to 90 minutes of flight time total/combined (from engine start to engine stop).

    What To Wear
    Please wear comfortable and weather appropriate clothing.

    For this experience, our partners are taking added measures to help ensure that they do their best to prevent the potential spread of COVID-19. They are screening participants prior to entering the building to determine if anyone has been exposed to COVID-19 or has symptoms and should reschedule. Our partners are also implementing temperature checks for all customers and staff when arriving at the facility. They have also rearranged classroom seating to be socially distant. All high-touch surfaces and common areas are being sanitized with disinfectant prior to customer arrival. Aircrafts are being sanitized between each use. Our partners kindly ask that all participants wear a mask for the duration of their experience. Failure to bring and wear a mask may result in not being permitted to enter the building or fly. These Covid-19 safety measures are subject to change.

    Maximum weight is 250 lbs per person, and max height is 6’6”.

    Are there any age restrictions?

    Participants must be at least 15 years old.

    What type of airplane will we be flying in?

    You’ll be flying in an Extra 300L.

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    All bookings for this Experience are final, no exchanges are allowed. If a cancellation is made 72 hours or more prior to your booked date, you will be able to reschedule. If a cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to your booked date, you will lose the value of your experience.
