Participants must be at least 5 years of age
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and must be able to participate independently of the adult
Minimum weight limit is 60 lbs; maximum weight limit is 275 lbs
Participants should be able to hike a short distance and should be in reasonable physical shape
Pregnant women, people with heart, leg, or back problems, or other serious illnesses will not be allowed to participate on the tour, unless given permission from their primary care physician
Participants must sign a waiver to participate; Parents must sign a waiver for children under 18
Helmets, harnesses and belays are provided

What To Wear

Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather with sturdy close-toed shoes that have good traction. Avoid loose clothing that could tangle in ropes or other gear. Long hair must be tied back.

Are there age or weight restrictions?

Yes, participants must be at least 5 years of age and all participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and must be able to participate independently of the adult. The minimum weight limit is 60 lbs; maximum weight limit is 275 lbs.

Do I need any experience?

No experience necessary! You just need to be physically fit enough to hike short distances and be able to reach overhead to control your speed of travel on the zipline.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather with sturdy close-toed shoes that have good traction. Avoid loose clothing that could tangle in ropes or other gear. Long hair must be tied back.

What will the guides provide?

There are 2 certified guides for every 10 participants. They will provide the ziplining gear and an amazing time! All zip line guides have completed a rigorous 40 hour hands-on training certification class, and pass a written and skills test prior to leading a tour.

Can I take photos?

Yes, you are allowed to take pictures or video. Please note that cameras and phones are not allowed to be held while zipping, as our system requires both hands. However you can video friends and family while they are zipping across.

Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
