When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Year-Round:  Friday through Sunday - 1:00 PM, 4:00 PM

  • You will start and end the tour at the same location
  • This bike tour covers approximately 3 miles over about 3 hours

The bike, drink and food tastings are all included in the cost of the tour. 

Is the gratuity included in the price?

No, gratuity is not included in the cost but is greatly appreciated if you enjoy the tour. 

Are there any restrictions to who can participate on the tour?

You must 21 years of age or older to go on the tour. There are no height or weight restrictions.

How difficult is the bike route?

The bike route you will take on this tour is approximately 3 miles and will take about 3 hours to complete. The ride is short and is suitable for all levels of riders. 

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, if the tour is canceled with at least 7 days notice, a 100% refund can be issued. If it is canceled within 7 days but more than 48 hours, a 50% refund can be issued. If the tour is canceled within 48 hours of the tour, no refund will be issued.
