Essential Information
- Participants must be at least 14 years of age for the ride along
- Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by both parents or guardians and they must be present at the track on the day of the ride along
- Participants must be between 125 - 340 pounds and 5'2" - 6'4"
- Participants must be able to fit through a standard-size car window to enter and exit the vehicle

This experience is weather dependent. In the event the experience is canceled due to inclement weather, you will reschedule directly with our experience provider at no additional cost. Always contact the experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions.What To Wear
Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for weather conditions and soft sole closed-toe shoes. Please note, boots are not allowed. A driving suit and helmet will be provided.Booking Information
For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings at least 30 days in advance.Rescheduling & Cancellations
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no returns or exchanges are allowed. Outside of 30 days of your scheduled class date, if you need to reschedule for any reason, you will be required to pay a $50 processing fee. If you need to reschedule for any reason inside 30 days of your scheduled date, the fee will be 50% of your class tuition. No cancellations or rescheduling is allowed within 7 days of the booked date. Substitutions are permitted to avoid these penalties.Free Exchanges

Is there a minimum age?
Passengers for the ride along must be at least 14 years old. Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by both parents or guardians and they must be present at the track on the day of the ride along.

Do you offer photography or video of my experience?
Yes! In-car video and professional digital photography are available for an additional cost.
Packages start at $49 (subject to change). -
What types of cars are available?
All of the cars are race cars previously used in NASCAR Nextel Cup, NASCAR Whelen
Modified Tour or NASCAR Busch Series. Automatic cars are available. -
Are there other requirements?
Yes, drivers must be between 5’2” and 6’4” tall and weigh at least 125 pounds. Participants
must be able to fit into a standard size car window (15” high x 30” wide and 36” off the ground). If you’re near the limits of the size requirements, please contact Cloud 9 Living prior to purchasing. There will
be no refund due to the inability to fit in a race car. -
What if it rains?
In the event your session is canceled due to weather conditions, you will be provided a rain check good for one year from your original booked date to complete your program. Refunds will not be offered.

Do I need to bring anything?
No, everything is provided for you. You should dress comfortably with a T-shirt that will fit under the driving suit, and sneakers (NO BOOTS). Friends and family, cameras and video cameras are encouraged.

What is the cancellation policy?
Prior to scheduling/booking a date for this experience, Cloud 9's standard return and exchange policy shall apply. Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no returns or exchanges are allowed. Outside of thirty (30) days of your scheduled class date, if you need to reschedule for any reason you will be required to pay a $50 processing fee. Inside of thirty (30) days of your scheduled class date, if you need to reschedule for any reason the fee will be 50% of your class tuition. No cancellations or rescheduling allowed within 7 days of the event for any reason. Substitutions of an otherwise qualified driver to avoid these penalties are permitted.
