    Maximum Participants
    This tour will have other participants with a maximum of 50 per group. Large tour groups will be accompanied by multiple tour guides.

    Only booked participants may go on the tour.

    This experience is weather dependent. It is recommended to call the experience provider ahead of time with any concerns regarding weather conditions.
    What To Wear
    Participants should wear casual attire and footwear that is comfortable for hiking. Closed-toe shoes are highly recommended.

     For this experience, our partners are taking extra measures to prevent any potential spread of COVID-19. These measures include practicing social distancing on each tour by remaining 6 feet apart at all times. Our partners check in process will take place online to eliminate any physical contact. This includes completing waivers online to ensure a contactless check-in. Our partners will be requiring all guests to have their temperature checked prior to their tour. Hand sanitizer will be provided throughout the tour and all equipment will be disinfected before and after each tour. Our partners will be requiring all guests who are participating to wear a face covering at all times. These Covid-19 safety measures are subject to change.

    How far will we hike on this tour?

    This 2.5 hour tour will cover approximately 3.5 miles.

    Do I need to bring food and water?
    A complimentary bottle of water will be provided by your tour guide. It is encouraged to bring a light snack such as fruit or granola for the 2.5-3 hour hike.
    What happens if the weather is bad?
    If a tour must be cancelled due to weather, you will reschedule directly with your guide. In the event of inclement weather, it is recommended to call the experience provider ahead of time regarding weather conditions.
    Are restrooms available along the tour route?
    Yes, there will be at least one stop that has restroom facilities along the route.

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
