    Essential Information
    • Single Riders must be at least 18 years of age.
    • All riders must be able to walk and should be at least 6 years old
    • Minimum height is 31” from hips to floor
    • Maximum weight is 250 pounds (per rider)
    • No infants or dogs on this experience
    • Helmets are required, you may bring your own or a sanitized helmet will be provided to you
    • Please bring water
    • Participants must fill out liability waiver
    • Riders should be capable of bicycling recumbently for 30 minutes at low exertion
    Duration
    The railbike tour lasts approximately 2 hours, with about 50-60 minutes of pedaling.

    What To Wear
    Wear comfortable and casual sports attire appropriate for the season. Closed-toe shoes are required.

    For this experience, our partners are taking additional measure to help prevent the potential spread of COVID-19. They are sanitizing commonly touched areas within the depot as well as sanitizing the railbikes after each ride. Our partners kindly ask that all guests please bring and wear their own face mask, wash your hands frequently, and remain 6 feet apart during the experience. All participants who are feeling symptomatic or have traveled to a high-risk area are asked to reschedule your experience. These Covid-19 safety measures are subject to change.

    What should I wear?

    Single Riders must be at least 18 years of age. All riders must be able to walk and should be at least 6 years old.

    Are there any height or weight limits?

    The minimum height is 31” from hips to floor, and the maximum weight is 250 pounds per rider.

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. Reschedules are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
