    What To Wear
    Business casual attire is requested such as khaki pants and a collared shirt. You may find that some guests are dressed more formally, especially those celebrating special occasions. However, attire varies from comfortable shorts to more formal. Bring along a light jacket or wrap as it may get a bit breezy on the outer decks.

    These COVID-19 safety measures are subject to change as our experience providers work to provide you the safest possible experience and adapt to local guidelines.

    For this experience, our partners are taking extra measures to help prevent any potential spread of COVID-19. In those jurisdictions where it is required, guests will undergo temperature screening prior to boarding. Based on guidance from health authorities, anyone displaying a temperature of 100.4 F or above will not be allowed entry. If a guest has traveled internationally in the last 14 days, they will not be permitted to board.  Additionally, all guests ages 3 and older are required to wear face coverings at all times while on board our partners vessels, except while dining (unless the local health authority has set forth an alternative age or other exemption). All guests should provide their own breathable mask and will be required to enter the vessel. Due to COVID-19, this experience will currently not be offering live entertainment for the duration of the cruise.

    The cruise features a delicious brunch buffet.

    Seasonal Salads:
    Fresh Fruit, Antipasti Style Salad, Classic Caesar Salad, Cole Slaw, Farro Salad, Grape Tomato Salad, Yakasoba Noodle Salad, Teriyaki Beef Salad, Cous Cous Salad.

    Eggs Benedict Station:
    Freshly made to order.

    Seafood Station:
    Grilled Asian BBQ Salmon Filets, Smoked Mousseline, Chilled Tiger Prawns, Fresh Crab Salad, Sushi.

    Breakfast hot line:
    Italian Scramble, Roasted Red Patatoes, Buffalo-Style Chicken Cassoulet, Macaroni & Cheese.
    The Carving Board:
    Carved Chili Rub Breast of Turkey, Rosemary & Garlic Scented Casino Roast.
    Desserts:
    Premium Cakes and Tortes, New York Style Cheesecake, Cream Puffs, Petit Fours, Almonds and Pecan bars.

    What is the dress attire for the cruise?

    What time do I board the ship?
    The boarding time is 30 minutes prior to departure. Please allow yourself enough time for parking and to pick-up the boarding passes.
    Where is the best place to park?
    Due to the popularity of the San Diego Bay we recommend allowing a little extra time for parking. The closest parking lot available on a first come, first served basis is the Five Star Parking Lot located on the corner of Pacific Coast Highway & Broadway. There are also metered spots directly across from the dock. The meters have a 3-hour maximum Monday-Saturday until 6:00 PM (Subject to Change).
    Is there pre-assigned seating?
    As you board, the captain and marine crew will direct you to your deck. From there the host/hostess will show your party to your assigned table(s). Decks are never guaranteed to non-private groups. Seats are assigned based on needs and capacity for each cruise.
    What happens if it rains?
    The cruise takes place indoors and will run rain or shine. In the case of severe weather conditions or upon the direction of the U.S. Coast Guard, the ship will remain dockside.
    What kind of entertainment is on board?
    Brunch Cruises offer a relaxing selection of background music indoors and a narration of the bay on the outside decks.
    Can I bring a cake or flowers on board?
    Cakes that do not require refrigeration may be brought on board. You will be charged a $1.50 per person cake cutting fee (subject to change). You may bring flower bouquets.
    Is the ship wheelchair accessible?
    There are wheelchair accessible yachts in the fleet, however not all yachts and decks are accessible. Please call Cloud 9 Living at 866-525-6839 to ensure wheelchair accessibility for the date you are planning to cruise.

    Extended Holiday Return Policy

    To make your holiday shopping a bit less stressful, any Experience Voucher or Gift Certificate purchased between November 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020 can be returned through January 31, 2021 free of charge (all other return policies apply).

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
