    What To Wear
    Wear casual, comfortable clothing that is appropriate for the weather. A hat, light sweater or jacket, and sunglasses are recommended.

    For this experience, our partners are taking extra measures to help prevent any potential spread of COVID-19. In those jurisdictions where it is required, guests will undergo temperature screening prior to boarding. Based on guidance from health authorities, anyone displaying a temperature of 100.4 F or above will not be allowed entry. If a guest has traveled internationally in the last 14 days, they will not be permitted to board.  Additionally, all guests ages 3 and older are required to wear face coverings at all times while on board our partners vessels, except while dining (unless the local health authority has set forth an alternative age or other exemption). All guests should provide their own breathable mask and will be required to enter the vessel. 

    Are there any age restrictions?

    No, there is no age limit. Children 3 and under sail for free.

    Is this experience wheelchair accessible?

    Yes, depending on which pier the cruise departs from. Please let Cloud 9 Living know of any special needs at the time of booking so that accommodations can be made.

    Extended Holiday Return Policy

    To make your holiday shopping a bit less stressful, any Experience Voucher or Gift Certificate purchased between November 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020 can be returned through January 31, 2021 free of charge (all other return policies apply).

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
