"I attended the indy race car 8 min driving experience at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. The pre-drive instructor prepared us well. Once in the car, the personal spotter communicated with me very well. Everything was fine but I had some difficulty finding the best line off turn 4 onto the front straight, particularly trying to smoothly negotiate the dogleg on the front straight. It may be useful for the pre-drive instructor and the personal spotter to provide a little more instruction/assistance in helping a driver find a good line off turn 4 onto the front straight. This was not a big deal or any sort of safety issue. After a few laps, I could basically go at top speed for the entire track except for the dogleg, where I would ease of the accelerator a bit to get my bearings and make a rather stiff turn. The experience was excellent and well run. "
"Just stepped out of the car after 8 minutes of adrenaline!"
"Driving at 177 miles an hour around a super-speedway - the whole thing was surreal and phenomenal. This was a once in a lifetime experience and it was as good as I could have possibly dreamed. Many, many thanks to my family for this unbelievable gift! "
