    What To Wear
    Please wear comfortable and weather appropriate clothing. T-shirts with shorts and sandals seem to be the most popular attire in Key West!

    For this experience, our partners are taking added safety measure to help prevent the potential spread of COVID-19. Aircrafts are being sanitized between every flight. While social distancing in the aircraft is not possible, the pilots will be wearing a mask for the safety of the student and themselves. Our partners are also requiring that participants bring and wear a mask or face covering for the duration of their experience. Masks are required to participant.     What can I expect on the tour?

    You can expect to have a great time with friendly and knowledgeable pilots. The goal is to have an amazing time while experiencing a romantic sunset helicopter ride over Key West, FL.

    What type of helicopter will we be flying on?

    You will be flying on a Robinson R-44 with an FAA-certified pilot.

    Are there any age restrictions?

    There are no age restrictions – all ages are welcome. Children under 24 months will be allowed to sit in a parent’s lap, and children 24 months or older will have their own seat for the duration of the flight.

    Are there any weight restrictions?

    The weight limit per passenger is 300 lbs, and the combined passenger weight limit is 600 lbs.

    Will I get motion sickness?

    This is a scenic tour, not a thrill ride. It is extremely rare for passengers to experience motion sickness as flights are smooth, and turns are slow and gentle.

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a confirmation, you may reschedule your flight up to 72 hours prior to the booked date. Once you are within 72 hours prior to the booked flight time, the booking is final and no changes can be made. Failure to appear on the booked date, arriving late for the flight time, or to reschedule at least 72 hours in advance will result in the loss of the value of the certificate. In the event that the date is cancelled by the experience provider due to inclement weather or a maintenance issue with the aircraft, you may reschedule your flight directly with the experience provider.
