    What To Wear
    Please wear lightweight, comfortable clothing with flat, closed-toe walking shoes and sun protection. A sweater or light jacket is advised during the winter months. Don’t forget your sunglasses and cameras for flights during the day.

    You can expect to have a memorable time while experiencing an exciting sightseeing airplane tour over Key Largo.

    What type of airplane will we be flying on?

    You will be flying on a Cessna 177 Cardinal with a FAA certified pilot and guide.

    Are there any age or weight restrictions to participate?

    There are no age restrictions – all ages are welcome. The weight limit per passenger is 300 lbs, and the combined passenger weight limit is 600 lbs.

    Does this tour accommodate disabled passengers?

    This tour is able to accommodate some disabled passengers, but it is not guaranteed. Please let Cloud 9 Living know of any special accommodations needed at the time of booking to see if arrangements can be made.

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
