    What can I expect on the tour?

    You can expect to have a great time with friendly people and knowledgeable local pilots. The goal is to have an amazing time while experiencing the joy of a seaplane flight.

    Is there a weight limit?

    The maximum individual weight is 300 lbs, and the maximum combined weight is 775 lbs.

    Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

    Wheelchairs can roll right up to the aircraft but passengers have to be able to walk a few steps to get in and out of the plane. Please let Cloud 9 Living know of any special accommodations needed at the time of booking to see if arrangements can be made.

    What type of plane will we be flying on?

    You'll be flying in a Cessna 172 float plane, Cessna 185 amphibian, or Cessna 206 amphibian.

    What about dietary restrictions?

    Lunch is not included and you may order from the menu whatever fits your needs. 

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
