For this experience, our partners are taking extra measures to help prevent any potential spread of COVID-19. These measures include a HVAC system, which is a combination of antimicrobial filters and UV lights that eliminate 99.99% of airborne bacteria, viruses and mold (compared to HEPA 99.97%), surpassing government requirements. Their antimicrobial filters in the HVAC system are inspected monthly and replaced quarterly, exceeding industry standards of 6 months.
Our partners will be requiring face masks for all guests, ages 2 years and older, except when seated at tables. Guests with medical conditions are exempt. All staff will wear masks and also gloves during meal service. Prior to boarding, our partners will disinfect high-touch areas including tables, chairs, dining room interior surfaces, flower vases, menus. Plus, all service items including service/drink trays are disinfected. Hand sanitizer will be available for all guests upon boarding and disembarking. While practicing social distancing, guests will be seated from the stern to the bow and disembarking will be by deck, from the bow to the stern.
Additionally, all team members will have to pass a wellness certification and temperature check prior to their shift, and have also passed enhanced hygiene training. Team members displaying symptoms of illness, i.e. temperature over 100.4, are advised to stay at home. This applies to guests as well. Thorough disinfection of rooms, chairs, tables, handrails, door knobs, elevators and more are done by our maintenance and custodial team.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.
