    Duration
    Approximately 30 - 45 minutes total, with 15 - 20 minutes of flight time (engine start to engine stop).

    Spectators
    Spectators are welcome to watch from the main terminal building. Handicap accessible seating is available in the lobby.

    This experience may be canceled or rescheduled due to high winds, low clouds/visibility, or extreme temperatures. Please contact your experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions.
    What To Wear
    Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for weather conditions. Closed-toe shoes are required, and sunglasses are recommended.

    Will I get sick?

    Not likely. Flights can be customized based on customer preference for intensity level, but all flights are quite smooth with no violent maneuvers. G limits will be from 0 (weightless) up to around 3+ G's (feels like 3x your own body weight and is similar to an average roller coaster). 

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a confirmation email, you may reschedule your experience up to 72 hours prior to the booked date. Once you are within 72 hours of the booked date, all bookings are final. In the event that the experience is canceled by the experience provider due to inclement weather or maintenance issues to the aircraft, you may reschedule your experience within 30 days of the original booked date. Failure to appear on the booked date, or reschedule within these terms will result in the loss of the value of the experience.
