    What To Wear
    Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to climb in and out of the simulator.
    What is the simulator like?

    The simulator cockpit is an exact replica of the Cessna Caravan cockpit, realistically displaying its interior layout and all the equipment.

    Do I need any experience?

    No pilot experience is necessary! A flight instructor is there to assist you. However, some experience is ideal for aviation enthusiasts who want to see what it is like to operate a real aircraft. This is not a 'game' and requires detailed reactions and responses from the operator (guided by the instructor) to make the aircraft work. It accurately simulates the real aircraft down to every switch and instrument. 

    Is the simulator wheelchair accessible?

    Unfortunately, the simulator is not wheelchair accessible.

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a confirmation email, you may reschedule your experience up to 72 hours prior to the booked date. Once you are within 72 hours of the booked date, all bookings are final. In the event that the experience is canceled by the experience provider due to inclement weather or maintenance issues to the aircraft, you may reschedule your experience within 30 days of the original booked date. Failure to appear on the booked date, or reschedule within these terms will result in the loss of the value of the experience.
