    Essential Information
    • No experience necessary
    • Minimum age is 14 years old to participate
    • Participants over 6’2” may be less comfortable in aircraft
    • Participants over 285 lbs may be less comfortable in aircraft
    • Maximum combined passenger weight limit is 600 lbs if there is a passenger
    • Logbook included to record flight experience and be signed off by their instructor
    Duration
    Approximately 1 to 1.5 hours total, with 30 minutes of flight time (engine start to engine stop).

    Complete information for your Experience Provider, including contact information, will be included on your booking confirmation email once you or your gift recipient have scheduled the experience.     Maximum Participants
    This experience is for 1 student and 1 passenger per plane.
    Spectators
    Friends and family are welcome to watch from the main terminal building. Handicap accessible seating is available in the lobby.
    Weather Dependent
    This experience may be canceled or rescheduled due to high winds, low clouds/visibility, or extreme temperatures. Please contact your experience provider with any questions regarding weather conditions.
    What To Wear
    Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for weather conditions. Closed-toe shoes are required, and sunglasses are recommended.
    Are there any weight or height limits?

    The maximum combined weight for passengers is 600 lbs. Participants who are over 6’2” or over 285 lbs may be less comfortable in the aircraft.

    Are there any age restrictions?

    The minimum age to participate is 14 years old.

    Is this experience handicap accessible?

    Unfortunately, this experience is not handicap accessible.

    What type of airplane will I be flying?

    You will be flying a Cessna 172 aircraft. 

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a confirmation email, you may reschedule your experience up to 72 hours prior to the booked date. Once you are within 72 hours of the booked date, all bookings are final. In the event that the experience is canceled by the experience provider due to inclement weather or maintenance issues to the aircraft, you may reschedule your experience within 30 days of the original booked date. Failure to appear on the booked date, or reschedule within these terms will result in the loss of the value of the experience.
