    Essential Information
    • Participants must be at least 7 years of age
    • All participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
    • Minimum weight limit is 65 lbs; maximum weight limit is 250 lbs for women and 270 lbs for men 
    • Participants should be in reasonable physical shape
    • Women who are pregnant are not allowed to zipline
    • Participants must sign a waiver to participate
    • Full body harness, gloves, helmet and brake are provided
    • Water is provided on the course

    This experience lasts approximately 2 hours.

    This zipline tour runs rain or shine, with the exception of lightning or high winds. Please contact your tour provider with any questions about weather.
    What To Wear
    Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the season and close-toed shoes. Long hair must be tied back, and jewelry should be removed for safety.
    Are there age or weight restrictions?

    Yes, participants must be at least 7 years of age. The minimum weight limit is 65 lbs; maximum weight limit is 250 lbs for women and 270 lbs for men.

    Is this tour wheelchair accessible?

    Unfortunately, this tour is not wheelchair accessible.

    Do I need any experience?

    No experience necessary! Participants just need to be of average strength and mobility and in reasonably good health.

    What should I wear?

    What will the guide provide?

    Your guide will provide the harness, helmet, gloves, ziplining gear and an amazing time!

    Can I bring a camera?

    Yes, you can bring a camera or cell phone to take pictures on the tour. Our partners recommend that you bring a secure strap for your camera. 

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and reschedules are allowed up to 10 days prior to the experience and are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee per person. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel or reschedule at least 10 days prior will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
