    Essential Information
    • Must be at least 14 years of age
    • Participants must be comfortable paddling over the course of the 5-mile tour
    • This tour requires a minimum of four individuals to participate
    • Participants must sign a waiver to participate
    • Whitewater rafting is led by a professional river guide
    • Rafts, helmets, paddles and personal flotation devices are provided
    • Wetsuits are not required but are available to rent onsite if you want them
    • BBQ lunch is included
    Duration
    Approximately 4-5 hours, covering 5 miles of whitewater rafting.

    Maximum Participants
    This experience is available for up to 7 participants per boat. Larger groups can reserve more than one boat.
    Spectators
    This experience is for booked participants only.
    Weather Dependent
    Trips run rain or shine. Please contact your tour provider with any questions about weather.
    What To Wear
    Wear water appropriate footwear that will stay on your feet. (No flip-flops or Crocs.) Quick drying, non-cotton clothing like swim trunks or light layers are appropriate. Be sure to wear sunscreen.
    Are there age restrictions?

    Yes, participants must be at least 14 years of age.

    Is this tour wheelchair accessible?

    Unfortunately, this tour is not wheelchair accessible.

    Do I need any experience?

    While some experience is helpful, it is not necessary. The professional river guides will lead the way.

    What should I wear?

    Please wear water appropriate footwear that will stay on your feet. (No flip-flops or Crocs.) Quick drying, non-cotton clothing like swim trunks or light layers are appropriate. Be sure to wear sunscreen.

    What will the guide provide?

    Your guide will provide the rafts, paddles, personal flotation devices, helmets, lunch, a slideshow and an amazing time!

    What food will be served? What about dietary restrictions?

    The lunch is a hearty BBQ picnic, and there will be snacks along the way. Please let Cloud 9 Living know of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking to see if further accommodations can be made.

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, you may cancel or reschedule up to 30 days prior to your booked date for a $10 administrative fee. Once you are 15 to 30 days prior to your booked date, no cancellations are permitted, but you may reschedule for a $10 rescheduling fee. Once you are 14 days prior to your booked date, all bookings are final and no changes can be made. Failure to appear on your booked date without prior notification will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
