    Essential Information
    • Participants must be at least 8 years of age
    • Participants should be able to hike a short distance uphill and should be in reasonable physical shape
    • Minimum weight limit is 70 lbs; maximum weight limit is 275 lbs 
    • Women who are pregnant are not allowed to zipline
    • Participants must sign a waiver to participate
    • All ziplining equipment is provided (including a zip line harness, helmet, lanyard and trolley). 
    Duration
    This experience lasts approximately 2.5 hours.

    Yes, participants must be at least 8 years of age. The minimum weight limit is 70 lbs; maximum weight limit is 275 lbs. For safety reasons, you may be weighed upon check in to ensure that all weight requirements are met.

    Is this tour wheelchair accessible?

    Unfortunately, this tour is not wheelchair accessible.

    Do I need any experience?

    No experience necessary! You just need to be physically fit enough to manage an uphill hike.

    What should I wear?

    Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the season but avoid loose clothing that could tangle in ropes or other gear. No open-toed shoes.

    What will the guide provide?

    Your guide will provide the ziplining gear and an amazing time!

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, you may cancel or reschedule up to 30 days prior to your booked date for a $10 administrative fee. Once you are 15 to 30 days prior to your booked date, no cancellations are permitted, but you may reschedule for a $10 rescheduling fee. Once you are 14 days prior to your booked date, all bookings are final and no changes can be made. Failure to appear on your booked date without prior notification will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
