    What To Wear
    Please wear comfortable and weather appropriate clothing. Layered clothing is recommended through the months of March to September, and winter clothing should be worn from October to mid-March.

    For this experience, our partners are taking added measures to help prevent the potential spread of COVID-19. They are sanitizing all common areas, and air crafts with high-grade EPA approved disinfectant that has been tested to be effective against this virus. Tour times may be limited to allow for extra time to sanitize the air crafts and waiting areas. Additionally, they are implementing mandatory temperature checks for all guests and employees. Our partners are also employing floor markers to help everyone maintain 6 ft of distance when applicable. Pilots will greet guests contactlessly, and all introductions are completed contactlessly. All pilots, staff, and guests are required to wear face masks or face coverings. Our partners kindly request that all guests please bring and wear a face mask for the duration of their experience. If guests do not have a face mask, one will be provided. Participants must wear a face mask or face covering to participate. These Covid-19 safety measures are subject to change.

    What can I expect on the tour?

    You can expect to have a great time with friendly people and knowledgeable pilots. The goal is to have an amazing time while experiencing a scenic airplane ride and exploring the West Rim of the Grand Canyon.

    Is there a weight limit?

    There is no weight restriction, but participants weighing over 275 lbs will have to pay additional fees.

    What should I bring?

    Bring your photo ID. All passengers are required to have one in order to go on the tour. Also, don’t forget your camera! Selfie sticks are prohibited on or around the aircraft, but you’re encouraged to take as many photos as possible. The views are incredible.

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Rescheduling is allowed up to 14 days prior to your experience, failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 14 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event your experience is canceled due to inclement weather you will reschedule your experience directly with your experience provider.
