    Essential Information
    • Pilots are FAA-Certified
    • Minimum age is 5 years old and must be at least 40" tall; those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
    • Must let pilot know if you are over 250 lbs
    • Maximum combined weight for all 4 participants must be under 1200 lbs
    • Participants who are pregnant or have knee or hip issues that drastically limit mobility are not permitted
    • Please let your pilot know of any other serious medical conditions that may affect the flight
    • Pre-flight briefing, balloon inflation, and champagne toast are included
    Duration
    3 hours total with approximately 40-60 minutes of flight time.

    Complete information for your Experience Provider, including contact information, will be included on your booking confirmation email once you or your gift recipient have scheduled the experience.     Maximum Participants
    This experience is available for up to 4 participants so long as the maximum combined weight is under 1200 lbs.

    What To Wear
    Wear casual, comfortable and weather appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes (preferably sneakers) that are comfortable to climb in and out of the basket.
    How high will we fly?

    Balloons normally fly between 200 and 3000 feet, all within federal aviation regulations.

    What does it feel like?

    Once aloft you will notice no turbulence or wind movement as you become one with the air currents. The feeling is one of peace as you drift over treetops and float over the countryside in a gentle, panoramic harmony with nature.

    How fast will the hot air balloon go?

    The speed of the balloon is determined by the speed of the wind.

    Is this ride handicap accessible?

    Unfortunately, the balloon basket is not handicap accessible. 

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, you may cancel or reschedule with your experience provider a minimum of 72 hours prior to your scheduled flight. In the event your flight is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will have the option of rescheduling your flight or exchanging for another experience through Cloud 9 Living.
