    • Participants must be at least 3 years of age
    • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
    • Maximum weight is 275 pounds with waist of 44 inches or less
    • Participants should be in reasonable physical shape
    • For safety reasons participants who are pregnant or have a pre existing medical condition cannot participate
    • Participants must sign a waiver to participate
    • Harness, gloves, helmet and water are provided

    This experience lasts approximately 2 hours.

    Are there age or weight restrictions?

    Yes, the maximum weight is 275 pounds with a waist of 44 inches or less. The minimum age is 3 years old, and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

    Is this tour handicap accessible?

    Unfortunately, this tour is not handicap accessible. This tour welcomes anyone with average mobility and strength who is in reasonably good health. 

    Do I need any experience?

    No experience necessary!

    What should I wear?

    Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the season and secure shoes that won’t fall off. Long hair must be tied back, and jewelry should be removed for safety.

    What will the guide provide?

    Your guide will provide the harness, helmet, gloves, water, and a unique outdoor experience!

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel/reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
