- Participants must be at least 18 years of age with a valid form of ID to drive a jet ski
- All ages are welcome to ride as a passengers
- All participants must wear a life vest
- Pregnant women cannot participate due to safety concerns
- Complimentary beach access and beach volleyball are included in the price of this experience
- Participant must sign a release of liability upon arrival
- A credit card imprint of $500 (or $200 cash) is required at the time of check in for a damage deposit
