"When we signed up for the tour, we were charged twelve additional dollars per person. The tour was to take place at a brewery, but was relocated to a conference room. The room of the tour was extremely hot and uncomfortable. It had no windows and we were stuck in there far too long on a beautiful afternoon. We were required to make our own flatbread and literally stayed in the same seat/ room for most of the two hours! Although the guide was friendly, I truly felt like it was a bait and switch, since the tour I thought we were going to was located in a local brewery. The additional cost we were charged added salt to the wound. "

"This was a very nice event. I was a little frustrated by the limited time options. I also felt a little stressed that we couldn't change the event once it was booked. It was unclear at first that Cloud 9 Living was a middleman."

"Fun and educational experience, but I think it is way too overpriced."
