    What To Wear

    Business casual attire is requested. Attire such as khaki pants and a collared shirt are just fine. You may find that some guests are dressed more formally, especially those celebrating special occasions. However, attire varies from comfortable to the more formal. No jeans, shorts, tank tops, flip-flops or gym shoes are allowed. Bring along a light jacket as it may get a bit breezy on the outer decks.

    Cancellation Policy

    Prior to scheduling/booking a date for this experience, Cloud 9 Living's standard return and exchange policy shall apply. Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rebooking are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and rebook at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

    2. What is the dress attire for the cruises?
      Business casual to dressy casual attire is recommended. For men, slacks or khaki pants, and a collared shirt with or without a jacket; for women slacks, a skirt or a dress. We request no jeans, shorts, tank tops, flip-flops, or gym shoes on these cruises.
    3. What time do I board the ship?
      Boarding time is usually 30 minutes prior to departure for all cruises. Please check your boarding time when making your reservation.
    4. What time do Dinner Cruises Depart?
      Departure times, occasionally, are subject to a slight change. Specialty cruises, such as holidays, may be subject to additional fees.

    5. Can you hold a reservation and pay later?
      We do not hold reservations without payment.
    6. Where will I park?
      Due to the popularity of the San Diego Bay we recommend allowing a little extra time for parking. The closest parking lot available on a first come, first served basis is the Five Star Parking Lot located on the corner of Pacific Coast Highway & Broadway.  There are also metered spots directly across from the dock. The meters have a 3-hour maximum Monday-Saturday until 6pm. The meters are free after 6pm and on Sundays.
    7. What happens if it rains or snows?
      San Diego is fortunate enough to rarely get rain or inclement weather and our bay is very calm and peaceful. The cruise sails rain or shine. In the very rare case of severe weather conditions or upon the direction of the U.S. Coast Guard, we will remain dockside.
    8. What kind of entertainment is on board?
      The dinner cruise offers inviting dance floors and a variety of music - from the dance hits of the 40's through today as well as a variety of jazz standards and popular favorites
    9. If my party is not able to make it or we miss the ship will we receive a refund?
      There are No Refunds once the Dinner Cruise is booked, however with a 48-hour notice we will be happy to reschedule your cruise date.  However if you miss your Dinner Cruise without notice, we will not be able to re-schedule.     10. Is smoking allowed?
      Smoking is allowed on the outside decks only.
    11. Can we bring our own decorations?
      Small groups without private space can bring table decorations but early boarding is not allowed.
    12. What dcor is provided?
      All yachts are decorated with linens, lantern centerpieces, silver and china.
    13. Can I bring a cake or flowers on board?
      Cakes that do not require refrigeration may be brought on board. You will be charged a $1.50 per person cake cutting fee. Small flower bouquets are allowed.
    14. Are there vegetarian options available?
      Yes, vegetarian meals are available and can be arranged at the time of booking.
    15. Are there any age restrictions on your cruises?
      There are no age restrictions our Dinner cruises.
    16. Is the ship handicapped accessible?
      Please call Cloud 9 Living at (866) 525-6839 to discuss local port options.
    17. Can we meet the Captain and visit the bridge?
      Guests are welcome to come and meet the captain and his first mate.
    18. When is dinner served?
      Dinner service begins immediately upon embarking.
    19. Do we need to pre-select the menu before the day of cruising?
      No, you do not need to pre-select your menu. We have a menu that you will chose from onboard.
    20. Are gratuities included in the price package?
      Yes. They are included in the cost; however alcoholic beverages or any additional costs are not included.
    21. Is there pre-assigned seating?
      As you board, our captain and marine crew will direct you to your deck. From there the host/hostess will show your party to your assigned table(s). Decks are never guaranteed to non-private groups. We assign seats based on needs and capacity for each cruise.
