    What To Wear

    Business casual attire is requested. Attire such as khaki pants and a collared shirt are just fine. You may find that some guests are dressed more formally, especially those celebrating special occasions. However, attire varies from comfortable to the more formal. No jeans, shorts, tank tops, flip-flops or gym shoes are allowed. Bring along a light jacket as it may get a bit breezy on the outer decks.

    Cancellation Policy

    Prior to scheduling/booking a date for this experience, Cloud 9 Living's standard return and exchange policy shall apply. Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

      House Caesar Salad:
      Crisp Romaine Hearts, Grilled Ciabatta Crostini, Cherry Tomatoes, Imported Parmesan Cheese and Radicchio with a Creamy Caesar Dressing

      Main Entree:
      Panko-Cruted Salmon finished with a Miso Honey Glaze accompanied by Fresh Seasonal Vegetables or Captain's Beef Short Ribs finished with Chipotle Port Wine Sauce accompanied by Special House Potatoes.

    2. What is the dress attire for the cruises?
      Business casual to dressy casual attire is recommended. For men, slacks or khaki pants, and a collared shirt with or without a jacket; for women slacks, a skirt or dress. We request no jeans, shorts, tank tops, flip-flops, or gym shoes on these cruises.
    3. What time do I board the ship?
      Boarding time is usually 30 minutes prior to departure. Please check your boarding time on the confirmation email.
    4. Can you hold a reservation and pay later?
      We do not hold reservations without payment.
    5. Where is the best place to park?
      Marina Del Rey:
      Fisherman's Village Marina
      Validation for 2 hours, $1.00 per half hour thereafter (subject to change)
      Newport Beach:
      2431 W. Pacific Coast Highway (across from Jack's Shrimp)
      $8 per car, $15 in December (subject to change)
    6. Are there vegetarian options available?
      Yes, for dining cruises, vegetarian meals are available and can be arranged at the time of booking. Please notify Cloud 9 Living at the time of booking.
    7. Do we need to pre-select the menu before the day of cruising?
      No, you do not need to pre-select your menu. We have a menu that you will choose from on board.
    8. Are gratuities included in the price package?
      Gratuity is included for the meal, but not on additional (alcoholic) beverages.
    9. Is there pre-assigned seating?
      As you board, our captain and marine crew will direct you to your deck. From there the host/hostess will show your party to your assigned table(s). Decks are never guaranteed to non-private groups. Seats will be assigned based on needs and capacity for each cruise.
    10. Are there any age restrictions on your cruises?
      There are no age restrictions and kids under 3 cruise free of charge. Please let Cloud 9 Living know at the time of booking if you will be bringing a child under the age of 3.
    11. What happens if it rains?
      The cruise takes place indoor and will sail rain or shine. In the case of severe weather conditions or upon the direction of the U.S. Coast Guard, we will remain dockside.
    12. What kind of entertainment is on board?
      The dinner cruise offers dance floors and a variety of music - from the dance hits of the 40's through today as well as a variety of jazz standards and popular favorites.
    13. Is smoking allowed?
      Smoking is allowed on the outside decks only.
    14. Can we bring our own decorations?
      Small groups without private space can bring table decorations, but early boarding is not allowed.
    15. What decor is provided?
      All yachts are decorated with linens, lantern centerpieces, silver and china.
    16. Can I bring cakes and flowers on board?
      Cakes that do not require refrigeration may be brought on board. You will be charged a $1.50 per person cake cutting fee (price is subject to change). Small flower bouquets are allowed.
    17. Is the ship wheelchair accessible?

    18. Can we meet the captain and visit the bridge?
      Yes, guests are welcome to come and meet the captain and his first mate. However, for safety and security reasons, we ask that you check with the staff on board first. We want to ensure that all passengers and crew are kept safe and that the captain is not distracted while performing essential duties.
