    This ziplining experience lasts approximately 2 hours.

    Maximum Participants

    Spectators
    Spectators can observe from the ground of the high ropes course.
    Weather Dependent
    The ziplining tours run rain or shine, with the exception of lightning. Please contact your tour provider with any questions about weather.
    What To Wear
    Wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather. Long hair must be tied back. Avoid jewelry and loose clothing that could tangle in ropes or other gear.

    For this experience, our partners are taking added measures to help prevent the potential spread of COVID-19. They are disinfecting all equipment including vehicles, helmets, and zip ling gear after each tour. Please note that masks are not required for this experience but all participants are asked to social distance during your experience. These Covid-19 safety measures are subject to change.

    What should I wear?

    Wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather. Long hair must be tied back. Avoid jewelry and loose clothing that could tangle in ropes or other gear.

    What will the guide provide?

    Your guide will provide the ziplining gear and an amazing time!

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your experience, failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event your experience is canceled due to inclement weather you will reschedule your experience directly with your experience provider.
