    This experience lasts approximately 1.5 hours.

    Weather Dependent
    Trips run rain or shine. They are only canceled if there are high winds or lightning in the area. Please contact your tour provider with any questions about weather.
    What To Wear
    Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the season but avoid loose clothing that could tangle in ropes or other gear. Closed-toe shoes are required. Long hair must be tied back, and jewelry should not be worn.
    Are there age or weight restrictions?

    This tour is recommended for participants 8 years and up. The maximum weight limit is 250 lbs.

    Do I need any experience?

    No experience necessary! You just need to be in reasonably good physical condition.

    What should I wear?

    What will the guide provide?

    Your guide will provide the ziplining gear, expert instruction, and an amazing time!

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, all bookings are final. Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or reschedule at least 7 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
