Please dress comfortably and casually for the outdoor weather. Comfortable shoes are also recommended.

Are there any height or weight restrictions?

Yes, you must be at least 90 pounds and cannot exceed 260 pounds in order to ride the segway.

Are kids allowed to participate?

The minimum age for participation is 12 years old. A parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver for their child under the age of 18. 

Is the gratuity included in the price?

No, it is not included in the price but is greatly appreciated if you enjoy the tour. 

Can I take photos while on the segway?

For your safety, please refrain from taking photos while operating the segway. Your tour guide will be taking pictures of you and your group and will share them with you after the tour. 

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 48 hours prior to your experience at no charge. Once you are within 48 hours of your experience, cancellations and rescheduling are not allowed and failure to appear on your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event your experience is canceled due to inclement weather, you will reschedule your experience directly with the experience provider.
