I enjoyed it very much. I was amazed how rapidly the car accelerated out from the pit area onto the track. In the first few turns, the car was in the inside lane, which is flat, and it was amazing that the car didn't slide sideways with the strong centrifugal force. Those are some tires. On later laps, we went up on the banked track in the turns, at a higher speed. The driver said we were hitting 170 in the straightaways, and about 130 in the turns. The drive back home on the toll road seemed very slow, even with light traffic.

The ExtremeSandbox was a very fun and unique experience. Instructor Jake made learning how to utilize the excavator very easy. The obstacle course and "excavator golf" was incredibly fun!

Lets start off with the cons and they were minor ones.
Signage could have been better once at the track. Wasn't easy to find where you had to go. Getting ready could have been a little better organized. For the experience itself: it was flippin' awesome. I am not really a race fan but grew up watching F1 races with my dad. Being at the track and seeing/hearing the cars go around and then actually getting in one and experience going around the track was such a rush. I think we hit top speeds between 170 - 175MPH. I did the 6 lap ride, and I highly recommend the 6 laps instead of the 3 laps. I would think 3 laps would be too short. I would also spend a little extra money and get the video. It has two cameras, 1 on you and 1 on your POV. It's a great thing to have to relive what you just experience. I would do this experience all over again. Highly recommend it.

My wife booked the NASCAR experience for me as a Christmas gift. I have to say it was well worth the trip. We had to drive 5 hours to get to Texas Motor Speedway, but it was well worth the memories. I loved the thrill of the 3 lap ride along, and will definitely be booking with Cloud 9 Living again in the future.

The NASCAR ride along was awesome. My wife paid for 3 laps and only got 2. Someone needs to count the laps. The race suit smelled of old stale sweat. Clean them and count the laps and it would be perfect. The ride was thrilling and something that I will never forget. I have been telling everyone. I understand things happen so I'm offering my advice. Thanks for everything.

The lady that took my certificate seemed like I was bothering her, she was also very cold when I bought my tee shirts! The lady that told me to get a jumpsuit from the rail only had time for me after she finished talking to her friends. Overall the ride itself was great!!! But the customer service lacked more then the ride, so would I recommend it, but probably not at that facility.

I originally bought 6 laps for my husband. He traded it in so that we both could enjoy the experience at 3 laps each. It was so much better than we anticipated. Very fast and so awesome. We will definitely be doing this again but next time we will include our son and add more laps each.

Overall, the experience was great. The driver and I both had suits and helmets on so it was difficult to say much. The laps go by quickly so not much time to say anything either! Overall, great time and enjoyed the experience a lot.

Driver was incommunicato; didn't acknowledge my presence let alone answer questions. Crew and support staffers were the best.
Would have loved more speed and racing action--maybe another package deal.
Upset that Corvettes pulled out (original reservation) as I own one and looked forward to driving, but loved the stock car experience.

The NASCAR 6 lap ride along was great. I am crew chief on a Bonneville car that holds 3 World Land Speed Records and I have been up to 175mph on a straight five mile run to get my C license. I was totally relaxed in the NASCAR, maybe because it looked very much like the inside of our Bonneville car. The first lap was about 5,000 RPM's and each lap there after increased up to about 7,000 RPM's. The high banked turns and the air pushing the back end down with the big gurney flap along with the correct tires make the car feel like it was on rails. I loved it and would recommend it to anyone, but get the 6 lap ride. It takes one lap to get going and one lap to slow down so the 3 lap ride would be way to short for me.....Mike

The only thing missing in our information was where to check in at when arriving at the track. The super speedways are very large place. A map with detailed directions on where to go would have made the whole package flawless. Great experience!!! I reccomend this to any race fan. This gave me a whole new perspective on racing on a track. The driver was very friendly, and a great driver.

The experience was very exciting. The only problem I had was that the ride along was too short.By the time I got settled in the ride was over. This was my first experience with anything like this and would have liked the ride to be a lap or two longer.

My NASCAR ride along experience at Texas Motor Speedway was perfect in every way, except it was just too short. The check-in procees, getting the participants suited up and ready for their rides, the orderly fashion in which the rides were conducted, the drivers who were doing the ride alongs, and the staff were just outstanding. Everyone who came out of the cars that day, young or old, male or female, had a giant grin on their face, just like I did. I would have loved to have done 10-15 laps as opposed to the three. It was that good! My thanks to everyone with the Andretti NASCAR Experience and Cloud 9 Living for a day I will never forget. (And just may have to do again.)

The only thing that me and my Husband would have liked is a photo of him in his racing suit before or after the ride along. We were hoping that they would have supplied pictures but they didn't even do that. My Husband was so excited! that he was grinning from ear to ear that whole morning and even afterwards, he couldn't beleive that it was so cool and he said that he has respect for the Drivers. The only thing that I would comment on is the fact that after you check in, the girls said to go under the tent and wait for you number. I wait for sometime and no numbers where called. I thought I was in the wrong place. But, I asked someone and they helped me out. Great ride. Great time.

I was glad I did it. But the buildup to it was met like being herded through like a six flags roller coaster ride. I was looking forward to a little more pre event stuff. Like a tour of the car etc. I parked, got in the car, rode around and left. All in about 20 minutes. A lot of money for 20 minutes. I did enjoy it and am glad I did it, but the person loading me should have been more than a six flags ride operator. The driver was great. I would recommend if more pre event stuff was done.

Everyone was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable at both Cloud 9 and the NASCAR staff. The only thing I'd would have liked to been able to purchase a video of the ride-a-long, but that isn't available through the people providing the ride-a-long.

My girlfriend got me this for a Valentines gift and she did great!!!! This was an awesome experience!!!! I've never been that fast in a car!!! The driver was awesome and really glued me to my seat coming out of the banks at around 180ish!!! He probably thought i was Rick Flair i yelled so much! "Whoooooooooow!!!!!" Wearing all the gear and the adrenaline rush was amazing, I can only imagine what actually driving is like......guess I'll book that one next!!! Thanks, Brian Thomas

I truly enjoyed the experience after getting in the car and speaking to the driver. He made me feel at ease with his soft spoken voice. The ride along only had 2 cars assigned thus making it a very long wait especially when one driver took a lunch. But my overall experience was great and I'll do all over again.

The experience was poorly organized in my opinion. Everything had to go through your merchandise trailer. The signage there was appropriate, but purchasing of merchandise was clearly a priority over registration. All i was told was go sit over in the tent and wait for an announcement. We were told to be there a hour early, so to get there an hour early just to sit in a tent for an hour is not well organized.
Plus, the experience was just a mass of confusion. No one could answer simple questions like, Is there a line to get in? Where do i get my driving suit? Where do i get a helmet? Who do i talk to to get suited up for the ride/drive? Is here a different line for Indy vs stock car driving and equipment? In addition, after you figure all this out on your own, there is no clear position or line up for those who are looking to enter the vehicle. Th staff handles the entrance and exit from the vehicles well, but you really have to elbow our way up to the wall because there is no signage or person queuing up people for the activity. People are moving in all directions trying to figure out what to do. Every few minutes one staffer would bring up 3 or 4 people to the wall and have them go right into cars. The rest of us would look around and shrug our shoulders as to what was happening.
The registration and the merchandising should be separate to improve the registration for the customer.
The experience itself needs to have much improved administration.

Had a great time it was supposed to be 3 laps it was only 2. He got to ride in the 24 car which is his favorite drivers number. The driver never speaks to u and asks if your ready. Other then that it was a great experience. Next is to drive lol.

It was a little difficult to figure out where to go as you came into the speedway. Also, we payed for 6 laps and only got 3 laps. The video they took for us also shows this. I think they were just trying to hurry everything up as bad weather was approaching. However I did enjoy the experience.

I had a certificate that I received from daughter for Christmas from 2 years ago, it was for the hot air balloon experience. since you no longer had an association with them, I went looking for another experience. I chose the NASCAR ride-a-ling, I paid the difference so that I could include my husband so we had the 3 lap each....I kept it as a surprise for him...needless to say he was speechless. Andy our driver was just amazing. the experience was great, we have recommended Cloud 9 to everyone!!!!!!!!

The folks working were rather nice! The line to checkout was long so I chose not to stay in the heat to buy a picture. I was a little confused as to where I was supposed to check in at no real signs anywhere other than checkout. The ride was a blast though!!! My only real issue was that I paid for 6 laps and only ended up doing 5. would have liked to have gotten what I paid for. All that being said, was a fun experience.

The driver "Hippie" that took me around was amazing! I would definitely go again. Next time will be in the driver seat. Most fun someone can have! The experience was got the blood flowing and the excitement charged up.

I never even did the Ride Along. The ride along was cancelled because of raining weather. I was given a call about the cancellation less than 30 minutes before it was supposed to start. Then they rescheduled it to the next day. I told the customer service rep that I could not attend the next day because I had to work and I live more than 5 hours away from the event location and would not be able to drive back the next day. Then the rep told me there are no other dates similar to the one I had and there are no refunds at all. I called Cloud 9 and was told that I would another company owns my booking and I would loose the money I spent and that it could not be used as a credit to Cloud 9 or anything so.... you guys stole my $230. The policies are set up for you to be Scam artists. If I bought from Cloud 9 then why can't I contact Cloud 9 to resolve a cancellation issue. It's truly an online scam.
