Prior to your scheduled dinner, Dallas-based Chef Amanda Miller Marrone, will contact you for an initial consultation. Together, you will go over the available meal options and discuss any food preferences and/or dietary concerns. After that, all you need to do is prepare your guest list because Chef Amanda will take care of everything else!
On the day of your dinner party, Chef Amanda will arrive at your home with a bundle of fresh, locally-sourced groceries for your meal. Once in the kitchen, she will get to work preparing your custom, 4-course feast. And the best part of this whole arrangement? Chef Amanda will leave your kitchen spick and span afterward!

About the Chef: Chef Amanda Marrone started her career at the age of 16 as an apprentice for Chef Pete Nolasco at Sambuca Mediterranean restaurant in Dallas, Texas. After graduating high school, Amanda attended Culinary School at El Centro College. In 1999, after working at many local restaurants, Amanda decided to start a career as a personal chef. She named her company Food in a Flash. Food in a Flash has grown to be an extremely well known personal chef business serving many elite families in the D/FW area. Chef Amanda prides herself in using the finest quality of meats and produce available and strives to create one of a kind menus that meet each client’s specific needs. As well as regular weekly services, she loves to cater “Platinum Dinner Parties” where the menus consist of nothing but the best! Chef Amanda also has a passion for all kinds of music!!! Chef Amanda and her husband have three little boys and live in Dallas.

Almost nothing! The chef will take care of everything from grocery shopping to plating your meals! You will need to have a kitchen facility with oven, stove, and sink. Everything else will be taken care of.
None! The chef will leave your kitchen in the same condition as she found it. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your evening!
The budget for this personal chef experience will cover the majority of meal requests. If you have any requests beyond the established budget, the chef will happily accommodate, but special requests may be subject to additional fees. You may settle these differences directly with the chef.
In most cases, yes. However, please give the chef as much advanced notice as possible so she may plan accordingly.
You will be responsible for providing your own beverages for the evening. If you would like to enjoy wine pairings with your meal, Chef Amanda will be happy to make recommendations for you to purchase prior to the event.
Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.
Prior to scheduling/booking a date for this experience, Cloud 9 Livings standard return and exchange policy shall apply. Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no returns or exchanges are allowed. However, rescheduling is allowed free of charge with at least 3 weeks notice prior to your booked date. Rescheduling between 10 - 21 days prior to your booked date requires a $50 fee. No rescheduling will be allowed within 10 days of your booked date.
