Rescheduling & Cancellations
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations are not permitted. However, you are permitted to reschedule your experience up to 7 days prior to the experience. Any rescheduling within 7 days of the experience is subject to a 50% rescheduling fee. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule in accordance with these requirements will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

They have also decided to lower the capacity of their public tours so different parties can have empty seats between them.
