    What To Wear
    Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the season, but avoid loose clothing that could tangle in ropes or other gear. Closed-toe secure footwear is required. Sunglasses, sunscreen, and drinking water are recommended.

    For this experience, our partners are taking extra measures to help prevent any potential spread of COVID-19. These measures include reducing capacity for all buses and experiences, disinfecting all common areas and equipment, and requiring all guests and employees to wear masks and practice social distancing. Masks and gloves will be provided to all guests who do not have one for their experience.     Are there age or weight restrictions?

    While rappelling is not physically demanding, it requires some courage to take that first step and to continue all the way down. Therefore, there is a minimum age of 8 years old.

    Do I need any experience?

    No experience necessary!

    What should I wear?

    Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the season, but avoid loose clothing that could tangle in ropes or other gear. Closed-toe secure footwear is required. Sunglasses, sunscreen, and a water pack are recommended.

    What will the guide provide?

    Your guide will provide all of the gear, expert instruction and an amazing time!

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations are allowed 30 days prior less a processing fee or rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience
