When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

April - October: 
Daily - 5:00 PM & 6:00 PM

Essential Information
  • Participants must be at least 8 years of age
  • Participants must be in relatively good physical condition
  • All children must be accompanied by an adult
  • Local, expert hiking guides plan the route and lead the way
  • Routes and itinerary are subject to change

Weather Dependent
Trips run rain or shine with the exception of severe weather. Please contact your tour provider with any questions about weather.
What To Wear
Wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather. Hiking boots are recommended, but sneakers or running shoes are fine as you will be handling the often rocky and uneven terrain. Sunglasses, sunscreen, and drinking water are also recommended.

How challenging is the hike?

The hike is moderate, ranging from 1 to 2 miles, depending on the trail selected.

Do I need any experience?

No experience necessary!

What should I wear?

Wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather. Hiking boots are recommended, but sneakers or running shoes are fine as you will be handling uneven and rocky terrain. Sunglasses, sunscreen, and drinking water are also recommended.

What will the guide provide?

Your guide has the knowledge to get you to some amazing places you might otherwise not find. All you have to bring is your sense of adventure! (And maybe a bottle of water.)

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations are allowed 30 days prior less a $25.00 processing fee or rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience
