When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Year-Round:
Daily - 10:00 AM, 2:00 PM, & 5:00 PM

Essential Information
  • Participants must be 11 years of age or older
  • Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
  • All participants must sign a liability waiver; parent or guardian must sign for minors
  • Segway training and helmets are included
Duration
This experience lasts approximately 2 hours, including Segway training

What can I expect on the tour?

You can expect to have a great time with friendly people and knowledgeable local tour guides. The goal is to explore and discover the fascinating natural beauty of Cave Point County Park and Whitefish Dunes State Park.

Is the tour appropriate for children?

Yes! Children 11 years of age or older are welcome. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Is there a weight limit?

No, but the participant must be comfortable on their feet.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellation and rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
