Description:
Nestled in the Texas Hill Country, the Zipline Canopy Tour complete with sky bridges, ziplines and natural beauty is unbeatable fun!

Experienced guides will properly fit you and your group with safety harnesses and escort you on the 2 hour adventure course.

Surrounded by old growth Cypress Trees that extend up to 100 feet into the sky, your guides will point out the local ecology and natural wonder of the area from platforms 40 feet above the ground.

Zip from platform to platform on 6 ziplines, the longest over 350 feet in length! You'll also cross 3 sky bridges during the course of the experience.

After completing the guided course, feel free to enjoy a picnic on the property and take in the beauty of the family-owned property and private lake. When the lake is full, you're welcome to swim and try your newly acquired zip lining skills on the Lake Zip Line!

Essential Information:
Participants must weigh between 70 - 250 lbs. and be in good health. Due to the nature of this activity, participants can not be pregnant or under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or certain prescription medications.

Participants must be at least 10 years of age. Those under 18 years of age must have a participant agreement signed by a parent or legal guardian. Participants under 14 years of age must be accompanied by parent or guardian on the tour.

Duration:
Between 1.5 - 2 hours

Maximum Participants:
You may be accompanied by other tour participants. For groups larger than 6, please contact Cloud 9 Living at 866-525-6839 for pricing.

Spectators:
Spectators may wait at one of the picnic areas on site but visibility of the ziplining participants is limited.

Weather Dependent:
This experience will take place in most weather conditions. Tours are rarely cancelled and will take place in rain. In the event of thunder and lightning, tours may be delayed.

What to Wear:
Wear breathable, comfortable clothing. Short shorts are not recommended, as they're typically uncomfortable in a harness. Close-toed shoes are required by all participants.

Booking Information:
For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings at least 30 days in advance.

Cancellation Policy:
Prior to scheduling/booking a date for this experience, Cloud 9 Living's standard return and exchange policy shall apply. Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations and/or rescheduling is allowed up to 14 days prior to the canopy tour and will incur a $15 fee. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 14 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.

  1. What are the age and weight requirements?
    Participants must be at least 10 years old and weigh between 70 and 250 lbs. 
  2. Can I bring anything on the tour?
    The safety harness is securely fit to the participant. It is recommended to not carry any valuable items in your pockets during the tour. The experience providers have secure lockers available on the day of your experience.  
  3. Can I bring my camera or cell phone for photos?
    Yes, you can bring a camera or cell phone to take pictures on the tour. If you have a secure wrist strap, your guides can provide a carabiner to hook it into your harness.
  4. Can I bring food with me?
    You are more than welcome to bring food to enjoy before or after your tour. The property has a lake, spring fed swimming pool, a basketball court, sand volleyball court and picnic areas with hammocks and chairs. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on property.
