You'll know you're in for an exciting evening the moment you step aboard and experience the upbeat and lively atmosphere. Order drinks and explore the ship while the crew casts off for 2-3 fabulous hours on Boston Harbor.
Enjoy a contemporary buffet-style dinner menu followed by table-side dessert service. After dinner, relax over coffee or take a stroll on the outdoor patio deck for breathtaking views of Boston's skyline. If you're feeling up for it, play a game of competitive shuffleboard or take a spin on the dance floor!

The cruise will last approximately 3 hours on Mondays and Wednesday - Friday. It will last approximately 2 hours on Tuesdays and Sundays.
The cruise ship can accommodate up to 500 people.
Only those on board will be able to enjoy this experience.
This experience takes place indoors and will not be affected by weather conditions.
What to Wear:
Slacks and a collared shirt are recommended for men. Dresses, dress pants or capris are recommended for women.
For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings 5 days in advance.
Prior to scheduling/booking a date for this experience, Cloud 9 Living's standard return and exchange policy shall apply. Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given but rescheduling your dinner cruise is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your boarding time. Rescheduling is subject to a $25 per person transfer fee. Failure to appear on your booked date, cancel, or reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
What type of food is served?
The cruise features all-you-can-eat dinner buffets with delicious choices prepared on board by the executive chef and their galley staff. With advance notice, special meals for guests with allergies can be arranged.

What is the dress code?
For evening cruises, appropriate attire is between business casual and dressy. Men traditionally wear slacks and sport coats, with or without ties. Women wear dresses or nice pants. T-shirts, jeans, shorts and sneakers are not recommended.
What is the difference between boarding time and departure time?
Boarding time is when guests are able to board the ship. Departure time is when the ship leaves the dock. Boarding occurs 30 minutes prior to departure.
What is typical cruising time?
Weekdays: 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Weekends: 7:30 PM - 10:30 PM

Can you hold a reservation and pay later?
Reservations cannot be held without payment.
Are there any age requirements?
There are no age requirements for this cruise. Please note, children under 3 can board for free. Please notify Cloud 9 Living at the time of booking if you will have additional guests under the age of 3 so seating can be planned accordingly.
Where does the cruise go?
The ship departs from the Seaport World Trade Center Marine Terminal in Boston. While sailing routes may vary, the cruise passes the city skyline as far north as the Mystic River and as far south as Castle Island/Fort Independence.
How do I get to the ship?
The ship is located at the intersection of Seaport Boulevard and B Street, adjacent to Boston's World Trade Center and across from the Seaport Hotel.
Is the ship wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The ship can accommodate wheelchairs for boarding and provides a handicap-accessible restroom. Please notify Cloud 9 Living at the time of booking so the appropriate assistance can be provided upon arrival.
Are gratuities included in the price package?
Yes, gratuity is included in the cost. However, it is not included for additional purchases made on board (e.g. alcohol beverages).
What do drinks cost?
Mixed drinks and cocktails begin at $7.00, beer begins at $5.50 and wine by the glass begins at $8.00. Soft drinks and juice are available for $2 each. Please note drink prices are subject to change.
Is there parking close to the ship?
Yes. The Seaport Hotel Parking Garage is just a short walk from the ship and offers complimentary parking Monday - Friday evenings for guests entering the garage after 5:00 PM and exiting prior to 11:00 PM. You must bring your boarding pass when you leave to receive free parking. For all other cruise times, the garage offers 35% off the posted hotel garage rates. Your boarding pass is necessary to receive this discount. There are also outdoor parking lots on Northern Avenue and Seaport Boulevard that do not offer discounts. Parking rates vary from $7 - $10 per day. Prices are subject to change.
If my party is not able to make it or we miss the ship will we receive a refund?
There are no refunds once the dinner cruise is booked, however with a 72-hour notice we are happy to reschedule your cruise date. However, failure to appear on your booked date or reschedule with 72-hour notice will result in a loss of your dinner cruise.
How is seating arranged on board?
The ship features cabaret-style seating. The majority of tables accommodate 4 - 8 people and guests are sometimes seated with other parties. Review our enhancement packages for private seating upgrades.
What is the layout of the ship?
The cruise ship is spaciously designed with 3 climate-controlled interior decks, outdoor strolling decks at the bow and stern and the largest outdoor patio deck in Boston topside. It is handicap accessible and Coast Guard approved for up to 600 passengers. Amenities include full service bars, two dance floors (or staging areas), spacious bathrooms, flexible seating arrangements and huge, panoramic windows.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is allowed on the outside decks only.
Does the ship sail in inclement weather?
Absolutely. The ships are fully enclosed and climate-controlled for your comfort. It sails rain or shine all year long.
Will my cell phone work on the cruise?
Yes, your cell phone will work on the cruise. For the comfort of other guests, we ask that cell phone conversations be held only on the outside decks.

"We had a good time and the boat is beautiful, but I won't do the Boston Diner Cruise again. (For someone who has never experienced something like this it would be geat for them)The food for the buffet was very good, but there was not much of a selection. All we did was go around in circles in the harbor. We were going to have another person in our party pay seperate and go, but think the cost was not applicable to the what we got. The drinks were very expensive. The service was slow."

I was not aware I had to go to the booking office on the pier to get tickets. I had my confirmation number on my cell phone and only asked about the tickets when I saw other people in line with them.
