"I am so torn on this because part of my group was late and 2 didn't show up. However. They were quite rude to me despite me communicating any information that I had immediately as it came through. I also know they didn't have another tour until 1 and ours started at 11. It was a frustrating amount of pressure and they made me feel really bad which ruined the bulk of the experiance. We filled up 2 cars so there was no need to push us around and rush in my opinion. The experiance itself was amazing and beautiful and breathtaking although we were pushed through. In the end that second car ended up being really late to get back as is because they got stuck! Which atleast broke the awkward ice between them and there driver. I would go again because they are the only tour group that can do the dune tours but if I had another company as an option I would probably try them first just based on the fact that half the people were late. We understand it's frustrating or them but Provincetown lives off there tourism 100% so they are not native people who know how to get around and where to park and if there is going to be an event thy causes traffic. "We had a lot of fun. Cloud 9 Living is easy to navigate, prompt in response, and thorough in finding experiences that we probably would never have had otherwise. The experience provider was charming in a very Provincetown sort of way. Our guide was knowledgeable and welcoming. The tour itself was wonderful and just long enough!"
