This pre-natal massage is intended to support this change by relieving aches and stresses you may not be aware of. It will help improve circulation, reduce swelling in the feet and hands and release tension in the lower back, neck and shoulders.

Essential Information:

This treatment is not recommended in the first trimester. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for your massage. Must be 18 years old for massage treatments.

What to Wear:
Wear comfortable clothing. A robe, slippers and towel will be provided.

For this experience, it is recommended to request bookings 5 days in advance.

Cancellation Policy:
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and re-booking are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the Experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and rebook at least 48 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your Experience.

  1. Is spa attire provided?
    Robes and slippers are provided for your spa service.
  2. What is the cancellation /rescheduling policy?
    You must contact the spa at least 24 hours prior to your experience in order to re-schedule or cancel your appointment.
  3. How can I pay the gratuity after my experience?
    If your experience was a relaxing one, gratuity is customary. There are envelopes located at the front desk in which you can place your gratuity. The spa takes cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. It does not accept checks.
  4. Is there an age requirement?
    The minimum age to experience treatments are as follows: 13 years old for classes; 16 years old for facials, waxing + nail services; 18 years old for massage, acupuncture and healing modalities.
  5. What if I have a preference of the gender of my therapist?
    You can choose the gender of your therapist at the time of booking.
  6. Where should I make note of any medical conditions?
    You can place special notes about any medical conditions or special needs you may require in the "Booking Notes" section of the booking request.
