Description:
Conquering a climbing move provides a gratification that wipes clean any frustration it may have taken to get you there.

During this 3 hour indoor rock climbing lesson, your qualified and patient instructor will guide you through the basics of rock climbing  so you can feel that rush of accomplishment.

Learn how to properly tie the rope, how to safely belay and catch a falling climb. You will also understand the top rope system. In addition to equipment use and safety, you will focus on specific climbing techniques and the importance of developing safe climbing habits.

Because this package includes a day pass and a two week membership, you can continue on that day applying your new found skills and come back again to perfect them.

Included in the lesson:

  • climbing shoes
  • harness
  • locking carabiner and belay device
  • chalk bag

By successfully completing the beginner class, you will be able to start working on your climbing technique and endurance both on your own or, if you wish, through more advanced lessons or technique clinics.
