"I booked a ride at Auto Club Speedway for a 6-lap ride in the 2-seater Indy car for my wife. I found the speedway clean and very well-organized during the whole outing. Very friendly people from the gate guard down to the helpers and check-in staff. My wife was amazed at how well they had everything organized. The ride was a WOW! If I had anything bad to say, it would be the lack of handicapped parking near the gate. (I actually saw none, but realized it was the actual race pit crew parking.) I did find a close spot, so no problem. Also, when they announced that there was a food vendor right by the gate, we went to get something to eat. The food was way below standards. Spicy HOT sausage, and BBQ beef/chicken and rice. Hardly anyone was waiting for food, I believe due to the choices. Some hot dogs or burgers would be a better idea. Other than those two minor problems, it was extremely well done and fun. We will return again in the fall. Also, Ellen (at check-in) and Allen (who helped her into the car) were fantastic. They didn't just do a job and walk away. They stayed and answered any questions --- fun to have them around. They even came by as we left the pit area to say goodbye. WELL DONE!!!! "

"Over a year ago I went in a stock car, which i loved and was a great adrenalin rush. Of course, that was prior to going sky diving and hang gliding, so just maybe the adrwnalin bar has been raised. "
