"I went with a group on Mother's Day and it was a great experience. The weather worked out in our favor, and the crew was friendly. Wine was good -- might be nice to have more varieties, but all in all the sail was highlight of our day. Thank you."
"It was simply very nice... not over the top blow you away, but a very, very nice experience. Crew was attentive and friendly."
"For a WINE & Cheese sail, there is room for improvement with respect to the wines being offered during the tasting. During our 2 hour sail, our wine tasting consisted of a Processo,a Moscato, and 2 Merlots! There were no complex white wines (i.e. Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc) and the selection of reds was really only limited to one grape. I was hoping for something a bit more exotic in terms of the wines. Even when we go to a wine tasting at an average vineyard we get to sample at least 5 wines that are diverse in nature. I was disappointed with the lackluster selection of wines during the tasting, though the cheese variety was pretty good. Overall the staff on the Shearwater were wonderful, always willing to answer any questions and to take pictures. The sail itself was terrific!"
