"The guide was great! The experience could have been improved several ways. (1) It was a very hot day. Why not offer the guests, who were waiting outside to board, a bottle of cold water as they got on the boat as well as throughout the sail. I felt like I had to practically beg to get some water. The bartender could have been more service-oriented and friendlier. (2) Seating was scarce and not terribly comfortable. Benches around the sides of the deck would have been nice. (3) Guests were treated like a bit of an inconvenience rather than appreciated customers. While we enjoyed ourselves, the experience could have been unforgettable with just a little more effort on the organization's part. As it is, I am not inclined to bring friends or family again. If the service had been better, I would, as the concept is a great one."

"The trip was delightful. It was a beautiful day on the Hudson, and the wine and hors d'oeuvres were great. We chatted with some lovely people and enjoyed the views of the Statue of Liberty and New York skyline. The only criticism is the seating - there was not enough. We ended up sitting on the deck but still enjoyed the trip tremendously."
