What is the track like?
Pocono Raceway has long been recognized as one of NASCAR's most competitive tracks in the NASCAR circuit, featuring two NASCAR Cup races each year. The 2.5-mile tri-oval superspeedway has a unique design, with each of its 3 turns modeled after a different track in the US. Turn 1: (14-degree banking) is modeled after the former Trenton Speedway. Turn 2: (sometimes referred to as "The Tunnel Turn") reflects the 8-degree banking of the infamous Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Turn 3: (6-degree banking) boasts the likes of the renowned Milwaukee Mile. Although referred to as a tri-oval track style, the Pocono Raceway's turns are more similar to a triangle shape, as its turns are much sharper than other typical tri-oval tracks (such as Daytona).

"This was the best experience ever. It was more than what I would have expected. The staff at the stock car experience was extremely knowledgeable. They spent the time needed to explain and instruct."
"This was a gift, so I cannot rate the booking experience. Your survey should eliminate this question if it was a gift. This was an awesome gift. My stock car racing experience at Pocono was tremendous. From the time I entered the gate until the time I left the facility, everything was flawless. From the classroom instruction, to the introduction to the car, the safety training, the guy providing the racing suit, the person buckling me into the stock car, the driver in the ride-along, the instructor I followed on the track, to the cones and marks to assist me with the racing line...everything was perfect. The pictures and video were excellent as well. I would highly recommend the experience. The only suggestion that my family had was that the area for friends and family to view the event limited them to seeing only the front straightaway. If they were allowed to sit in the main grandstands or had some type of viewing platform in the infield (perhaps atop the pits), then they could watch the cars go all the way around the track."
"My experience was much better than I even expected."
