"Our tour was changed a day or two in advance from U Street to Dupont due to some scheduling concerns on the part of the U Street restaurants. Understandable, and the transition from one tour to another was easy for us. On the tour itself, Sam was great -- very personable and knowledgeable. Explained a lot of history that even DC'ers weren't familiar with. All the stops were fantastic and friendly (and delicious). I'm pregnant, and Sam was cognizant of the amount of walking we were doing and kindly explained to me how much more we could expect towards the end of the tour. Really great experience. I would consider trying it again with friends or out of town visitors. "
