"We recieved a $150 gift certificate last year. We booked a whale watching trip that got rained out. It was easy as pie getting our refund. However, last week my wife said our gift certificate was about to expire. I said no way, how could anyone have the balls to just take someones money like that? I pulled up my account and sure enough: expires June 20. We booked a local trip, and enjoyed it. But what about the $20 left on our gift certificate? Will I get it back or the purchaser of the gift? Your customer reps are great; your expiration date is just sad."
