    Essential Information
    • Participants must be at least 6 years of age
    • Participants should be in reasonable physical shape, able to hike a short distance and paddle over Class II and III rapids
    • Minimum weight limit is 50 lbs; maximum weight limit is 250 lbs 
    • Women who are pregnant are not allowed to zipline
    • Participants must sign a waiver to participate
    • Rafts, paddles, helmets, personal flotation devices, and all ziplining gear are provided
    • Wet-suits, booties and splash tops are available to use free of charge
    • Lunch is included.

    This full-day experience lasts approximately 6 hours.

    Weather Dependent
    Trips run rain or shine with the exception of severe weather. Please contact your tour provider with any questions about weather.
    What To Wear
    For ziplining, wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the season, but avoid loose clothing that could tangle in ropes or other gear. For whitewater rafting, please wear shoes that can get wet and stay on your feet well. (No Crocs or flip-flops) Swimsuits/swim trunks or light non-cotton layers are appropriate. And be sure to wear sunscreen.

    For this experience, our partners are taking extra measures to help prevent any potential spread of COVID-19. These measures include reducing capacity for all trips, santizing all gear after every experience and following all CDC guidelines. Upon check in, all particiapnts will need to complete a COVID questionnaire and our partners kindly ask that all participants wear a mask and stay 6 feet apart while standing in common areas and while in the shuttles. Please reschedule your experience, if you are exhibiting any flu or cold like symptoms.
    These Covid-19 safety measures are subject to change.

    Are there any age or weight restrictions?

    Yes, participants must be at least 6 years of age. The minimum weight limit is 50 lbs; maximum weight limit is 250 lbs.

    Do I need any experience?

    No experience necessary! You just need to be physical fit enough for a moderate hike and be able to paddle over Class II and III rapids.

    What should I wear?

    Your guide will provide the ziplining gear, rafts, paddles, personal flotation devices, helmets, and an amazing time!

    Please let Cloud 9 Living know of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking to see if further accommodations can be made.

    Is this tour wheelchair accessible?

    Unfortunately, this tour is not wheelchair accessible.

    Returns
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 30 days.  All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

    Exchanges
    Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Cloud 9 Living.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, cancellations or rescheduling must be completed directly with the experience provider at least 10 days prior to your experience. All cancellations will incur a $15.00 fee. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 10 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
