What To Wear

Cool and comfortable clothing is best, as you'll embark and land at a beach front facility. Wear shoes suitable for walking on sand and possibly in water and bring along a pair of sunglasses.

Can I get a window seat?

Yes! Every passenger gets a window seat, and you'll have a headset connected to an intercom system throughout the flight. And remember to bring a camera!

Do the flights accomodate disabled passengers?

Some disable passengers may be accomodated, but it is not guaranteed. Please encourage disabled travelers to contact us in advance to make arrangements.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

This was an exciting and exhilarating tour. Highly recommended to get a bird's eye view of Miami, Biscayne Bay and a little bit of the Upper Keys. Tony the Pilot was knowledgeable and entertaining and Julio the boat captain (you ride a deck boat out to the plane) was very nice and accomodating.

It’s a little difficult to find but the company does the courtesy of multiple phone calls, patient with directions and the pilot was patient as well with us getting there. The pilot was incredibly knowledgeable, I think his name was Andy, he created an overall wonderfully amazing experience. I purchased it as a gift for my husband and would return again in the near future. Thank you for creating such a unique and memorable experience!

The pilot was most knowledgeable, extremely friendly and helpful, and instilled a great sense of security and comfort in me. Recognizing my 86 year age, the pilot was most helpful in assisting me into the co-pilot position, helping with all seat belt installations, and he, in general, provided a wonderful, memorable "bucket list" experience for me...'kudos' to the pilot!
